• Develop Project Program/schedules

    • Site meeting with approved Contractors

    • Manage Construction Administration with the Contractor including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Inspection and Test Plans and Site Safety Plans.

    • Conduct site meetings with the Contractor to measure the progress of the works

    • Evaluation of Contractor’s progress payments to ensure the Contractor claims are consistent with the works completed on site.

    • Ongoing review of the Contractors safety system and implemented on site
      Contractor compliance with statutory requirements including Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurances

    • Management of Project Variations and EOT under the Contract.

    • Management of Project Manuals, Warranties and Work as Executed drawings (WAE).

    • Manage project quality and identification of non-compliances and rectifications
