- Develop Project Program/schedules
- Site meeting with approved Contractors
- Manage Construction Administration with the Contractor including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Inspection and Test Plans and Site Safety Plans.
- Conduct site meetings with the Contractor to measure the progress of the works
- Evaluation of Contractor’s progress payments to ensure the Contractor claims are consistent with the works completed on site.
- Ongoing review of the Contractors safety system and implemented on site
- Contractor compliance with statutory requirements including Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurances
- Management of Project Variations and EOT under the Contract.
- Management of Project Manuals, Warranties and Work as Executed drawings (WAE).
- Manage project quality and identification of non-compliances and rectifications
